COVID protocols - It took one day for our IT professional and I to be able to set up 18+ workstations from locked down firewall/proxy configured JAMF policy assets and get validation from our Legal team and Content Security team for all employees to take sensitive material training to begin the WFH process.

In early 2023 we had a complete storage failure due to hardware nearing EOL. Working as a team we were able to get our storage back up and running onsite with restored (working materials) within less than a day.
